Quote and availability

Prices shown on the site are guide or starting prices in UAE dirhams. A written quote will identify the selected operator or vessel, guest count, time, departure or pickup point, final price, taxes or fees where applicable, and what is included. Availability may change before confirmation.

Booking and payment

A booking is only confirmed after you accept the specific written offer and complete the payment step required by the selected operator. This website does not collect card payments. Keep a copy of the booking confirmation and operator terms supplied to you.

Charter inclusions and extras

Crew, fuel, route, refreshments, food, equipment, transfers, decorations and activities vary by experience. Only items written into your confirmed quote are included. Any requested add-on may have an extra charge and may be subject to compatibility or availability.

Guests and identification

Provide an accurate guest count before confirmation and do not exceed the approved capacity of a vessel or vehicle. The operator may request identification or other information required for boarding or an activity; we will communicate those requirements before travel.

Safety and conduct

Guests must follow crew, driver, guide and venue safety instructions. Swimming, watersports, dune driving and similar activities depend on conditions and operator approval. Children require appropriate supervision. Unsafe conduct may cause an activity to be changed or stopped.

Routes and schedules

Routes, photo stops, departure times and itineraries can change because of weather, sea conditions, traffic, authority directions, venue operations or safety. The captain or activity operator makes operational safety decisions on the day.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show rules for your chosen experience will be supplied with its quote or booking confirmation. Ask for these terms before payment. This website does not promise a particular refund window or free change.

Damage and personal belongings

Treat equipment and property with care. The selected operator may have specific damage or security-deposit rules, which must be disclosed in the confirmed booking terms. Keep personal belongings secure; ask the operator about lost-property handling.
